State Senate Bill 309 has an interesting Article 14-302 Subsection (14) and (15) as it relates to materials, supplies, articles or equipment on State procurement.
What stood out to me is the clarification of a “Regular Dealer”, “Packager”, “Broker” and “Manufacturer”.
